East End Veterinary Center (EEVC)

Blood Donor Program
Our blood donor program was established to offer hospitalized pets access to life-saving whole blood products without having to wait for a delivery from the blood bank. Timely treatment can often mean the difference between life and death when pets are faced with a critical injury or illness that requires a whole blood transfusion. We also offer free baseline preliminary blood work to all potential donors. Consider signing up your eligible pet today and you very well may save the life of someone else’s furry family member tomorrow!
Our program includes both canine and feline blood donors. At this time, we do not use blood obtained from our donors for patients outside of our hospital.
If you are interested in having your pet join our Blood Donor Program, please fill out our eligibility questionnaire. You can e-mail the completed questionnaire to [email protected]. If you have any questions about participation in our donor program, please email us at [email protected] about getting the process started.
