Dr. Sara Coby was born and raised on Long Island and is a proud alumna of Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 2021. She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025.

Following graduation, Dr. Coby completed advanced training in emergency and critical care medicine at the Veterinary Referral Center in Pennsylvania before joining the East End Veterinary Center team. Her professional interests include critical care medicine, nutrition, and sports medicine. She is deeply passionate about fostering the human–animal bond and practicing “spectrum of care” medicine to meet the unique needs of every patient and family.

Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Coby enjoys spending time with her two cats, Louie and Sylvester, as well as baking and weightlifting.
